The customer may return perishable goods only if they are of poor quality.
Perishable goods of improper quality include goods:
- unsuitable for its intended use;
- defective or goods with a defect (a defect is a violation of mandatory requirements for the goods);
- expired;
- delivered to the buyer with damaged package.
The appearance (design) of the product packaging may differ from the image presented on the website and may be changed by the seller at their discretion.
Perishable goods of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return of goods after payment is made on general terms and is regulated by Russian laws.
Customer refunds :Funds will be refunded to the credit card used by the customer to pay for the order.
The timeframe for the funds to be credited to the credit card is up to 10 business days, depending on the conditions of the issuing bank.
